It is Dr. Seuss week at my daughter Chloe's daycare. I thought she would make the PERFECT Cindy Lou Hoo! So....here ya go! :)

This is just a simple pair of ruffle toddler pants. I cut my ruffles too short though so there really isn't much ruffle to it! But they still turned out so adorable! The cape is something we did to add a little more color and pattern to the outfit since all the Hoo's are pretty outragous with their clothing. Haha!

Chloe is one cute, adorable Cindy Lou Hoo!
