• We ship to the USA and Canada via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
• Shipping cost is determined by zip code and weight of purchases at checkout.
• Orders ship from our warehouse in 1-3 days (excl. weekends and holidays).
• If we require a long shipping delay, you will be contacted.
$4.95 Flat Rate Shipping applies to shipments inside the 48 contiguous states.
Shipping carrier will be at our discretion.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APOs and FPOs are excluded from flat rate shipping.

We directly ship to the USA and Canada only. If you are in another location and wish to purchase our products,
please set up an account with a package forwarding service and have your orders shipped there so they can forward them on to you. We are not affiliated with any mail forwarding companies but are including a list of a few for your reference.

*When using a forwarding service, be sure to list the USA address given to you as your billing & shipping address when placing your order over our website. Then, in the special instruction section on page 2 of checkout, please list your actual address for our records.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
Shipping charges do not include brokerage fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your federal, provincial, and/or local governments. These fees (if any) will be due to the shipping carrier upon delivery of merchandise.
Transit times via UPS GROUND: *UPS does NOT deliver on weekends.
Additional UPS Fees
When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us an $11 address correction fee (for GROUND shipments and from $15-$35 for expedited shipments) on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
