Note: This form is for wholesale customers who wish to receive a discount on cut yardage for orders placed over our website. Wholesale customers that intend to order in full put-ups (full rolls or bolts) do not need to complete this form. You will need to order via phone or fax and have your account set up in office. Wholesale discounts are not available on cut yardage for phone or faxed orders (with some exceptions).

Wholesale customers are eligible to receive a discount on cut yardage (with no purchasing minimum) for online orders. Please complete the steps below to apply for your discount. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your discount is in place.

**A discount will not be received if an order is submitted before your discount is in place.
