Washing Instructions & Info
As a general rule, unless stated otherwise, home decorator products are recommended to be dry cleaned. This does not mean they will not wash well... It just means to wash at your own risk. If you intend to wash an item after it has been made, we strongly encourage you to test a small piece first to make sure it is suitable for washing; and if you are satisfied with the result, then proceed with washing the entire yardage. Also remember to wash the product in the same manner you will wash the project afterwards (i.e. Do not wash in a warmer temp. after your project has been made and do not dry in dryer if the initial yardage was not dried in dryer).
Quick Tips
Ordered samples of many upholstery fabrics from an assortment of online sources for our new dining room set when the original fabric selection to be provided by the furniture maker was discontinued. Warehouse Fabrics Inc. sent samples very quickly to us, and we selected the Indian Multi because it was in the colors we needed, its overall beauty and apparent excellent quality. The upholstery order we placed was sent to the furniture maker in So. Cal. very quickly in about a week (used the $10 expedite through the factory). The extra material we ordered later as insurance for any future problems took the typical 2 weeks to reach us in So. Oregon from the East or South via UPS ground, which was no problem. Four stars instead of 5 only because they had NO information about the fabric content or how to maintain or clean the material or if it has or needs stain protection. My home test with water and red wine on the sample proved it appears to be at least somewhat liquid repellent, and I hope it also repels and doesn't show dirt from daily use; fingers crossed! Love what appears to be excellent quality upholstery material, the fast service, and great price.
